Claim Your MOH Headwear Subsidy in 3 Simple Steps

1. Choose your headwear

Browse our shop and add the headwear you would like to your cart.

The Wig and Hairpiece Subsidy can be used for a range of medical headwear, including chemo hats, turbans, caps and other head coverings designed for sensitive scalps.

2. Enter your subsidy code at checkout

At checkout, enter the code MOHSUB in the coupon code box.

This will reduce your order total to $0, so no payment is required online.

3. Send your subsidy paperwork

To complete your subsidy claim we will need:

Medical Certificate from your doctor, nurse, or specialist (required for your first claim)
Completed Wig & Hairpiece Subsidy Claim Form

Email to info@headhigh.co.nz. Once received, we will process your subsidy and dispatch your order.

Eligibility

To use the Wig and Hairpiece Subsidy you must:

Be a New Zealand resident
Have medical hair loss due to a condition or treatment
Be able to provide a Medical Certificate from a healthcare professional

Current Subsidy Amounts (NZ)

$408.89 for adults with temporary hair loss (within 12 months)
$2,330.67 for adults with permanent hair loss (within nine years)
$1,226.67 for children with permanent or temporary hair loss (within three years or until age 18)
